About the role
- Draft, negotiate, execute, and track a wide range of agreements, with a focus on minimizing risk, ensuring compliance, and streamlining processes
- Review contract documents for clarity, consistency, and compliance; manage the full contract lifecycle and track obligations
- Proactively prevent disputes by ensuring contract terms align with business goals and operational realities
- Ensure compliance with complex regulations, including FAR and DFARS, throughout contract negotiation, performance, and closeout
- Serve as a primary liaison between the company and government contracting officers
- Apply strong legal, financial, and risk‑management judgment in contract-related decisions
- Advise internal stakeholders on compliant proposals, pricing strategies, and alignment with solicitation requirements
- Execute NDAs, contract modifications, and manage all terms and conditions
Requirements
- 4–5 years of contract management experience in the federal contracting space
- Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM) or Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) certification
