Direct and lead various investment projects key to the strategic plan by influencing collaboration across teams.
Provide project support across Investments assisting dedicated teams in improving processes and results by developing resources and process enhancements across complex business initiatives.
Promote collaboration across investments and with business partners while fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Have robust knowledge of all functions within Investments and build strategic partnerships.
Direct the automation team to create and implement effective solutions across the department.
Drive prioritization and influence collaboration with groups across the organization.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or related field, AND 10+ years of relevant investment related work experience
OR Master’s, MBA, ASA, or FSA AND 5+ years of relevant investment related work experience
CFA designation OR demonstrable understanding of fixed income investing
Experience in insurance asset management
Project Management Experience /PMP Certification
