About the role
- Manage parking operations in various locations, focusing on customer service, personnel management, P&L analysis, revenue generation, direct marketing, event management, client management, business development, and team development
- Ensure an exceptional and seamless customer experience for every parker
- Check the parking system and CCTV to ensure proper operation
- Perform walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness of the garage
- Check and replenish cash machines and process previous day's cash
- Prepare deposits and review previous day's operations and emails
- Supervise Parking Attendants and Maintenance Team
- Address customer issues and serve as point of contact for escalated concerns (refunds, claims, complaints)
- Assist in ordering supplies and managing vendor orders
- Monitor inventory levels of tickets
- Collect data on parking metrics and prepare reports on transient and monthly operations for the client
- Generate monthly reports and support ad hoc projects
- Cover PTO and perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- A Valid Drivers License
- Proven experience in the parking management industry
- Strong focus on customer service and client satisfaction
- Event management experience is a plus
- Client relationship management skills
- Business development and strategic thinking abilities
- Leadership and team-building skills
