About the role
- Develop and implement strategies to maintain and increase client retention rates. Ensure that clients receive excellent service and address any concerns promptly.
- Foster a culture of exceptional client service. Monitor and improve customer satisfaction through feedback mechanisms and performance evaluations.
- Identify new healthcare business opportunities and revenue streams. Create and execute business development plans to expand the client base and increase profitability.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performance team. Provide leadership and mentorship to staff, setting clear goals and expectations.
- Lead by example, instilling a culture of professionalism, accountability, and teamwork. Drive the company's vision and values.
- Oversee all HR functions, including staffing, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
- Manage financial data to make informed decisions regarding budgeting, pricing, and resource allocation. Implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
- Develop and implement operational plans to ensure efficient and effective parking management. Continuously improve operational processes.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in the parking management industry with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in Healthcare Parking Operations a plus.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to analyze financial data.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Leadership and team-building abilities.
- Proficiency in human resources management.
- Ability to travel to meet clients and visit accounts (up to 50%)
