About the role
- Greet arriving and departing guests in a friendly and courteous manner
- Act as traffic controller to direct incoming guests to available parking spaces
- Issue tickets and collect payment from guests
- Perform vehicle counts throughout shift to prevent overfilling
- Perform daily patrols and issue violation warnings to tenants and visitors
- Control traffic at entrances and exits and assist guests who forgot where they parked
- Assist in maintenance and repair of parking equipment and general maintenance tasks
- Use respectful communication to assist guests and relay information to Operations Manager or Shift Lead
- Immediately report any accidents, incidents or safety concerns to Operations Manager or Shift Lead
- Ensure facility cleanliness and safety standards are met at all times
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Previous customer service experience, preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to verbally communicate with guests
