About the role

  • Develop and implement strategies to maintain and increase client retention rates. Ensure that clients receive excellent service and address any concerns promptly.
  • Foster a culture of exceptional client service. Monitor and improve customer satisfaction through feedback mechanisms and performance evaluations.
  • Identify new healthcare business opportunities and revenue streams. Create and execute business development plans to expand the client base and increase profitability.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performance team. Provide leadership and mentorship to staff, setting clear goals and expectations.
  • Lead by example, instilling a culture of professionalism, accountability, and teamwork. Drive the company's vision and values.
  • Oversee all HR functions, including staffing, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Manage financial data to make informed decisions regarding budgeting, pricing, and resource allocation. Implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
  • Develop and implement operational plans to ensure efficient and effective parking management. Continuously improve operational processes.
  • Maintain open and effective communication with clients, team members, and other stakeholders. Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Manage financial resources efficiently, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ensure the company's financial health and sustainability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in the parking management industry with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in Healthcare Parking operations a plus.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to analyze financial data.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Leadership and team-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in human resources management.
  • Ability to travel to meet clients and visit accounts (up to 50%)
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Client-focused mindset with a commitment to client satisfaction.
  • Results-driven and goal-oriented.
  • Valid Driver License with good standing record.
