Create 3D CAD models and 2D production drawings for engine components using Siemens NX
Design and develop components across multiple engine assembly platforms
Prepare conceptual layouts for new product proposals and modifications to current products
Collaborate with design engineers, manufacturing engineers, suppliers, and quality teams to ensure designs are feasible and production-ready
Manage CAD data, file organization, and change notifications using PTC Windchill PDMLink
Apply knowledge of manufacturing processes including casting, molding, machining, stamping, and assembly
Support electrical design work including wire harness routing and connector layouts
Maintain structured CAD models and file organization per company standards

Requirements

Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school in Mechanical Design or related engineering field
Experience using 3D parametric CAD modeling software (Siemens NX or PTC Creo preferred); 3+ years preferred
Basic understanding of engine design and ability to create concepts of engine components
