About the role
- Actively manage a client portfolio by making contacts via phone, WhatsApp, and email;
- Reactivate inactive customers and develop active accounts to drive recurring business and increase revenue;
- Manage the internal sales process from pre-sale through post-sale;
- Monitor proposals, orders, and negotiations;
- Record commercial information and work in partnership with the technical and operations teams;
- Support scheduling client presentations and training sessions.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or graduated in Agricultural Sciences, Agronomy, Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, or related fields;
- Experience in commercial/sales roles, preferably in inside sales or account management;
- Strong communication skills, organized, with a consultative profile;
- Customer-relationship oriented and results-driven;
- Availability to work on-site (in-person).
