About the role

  • Actively manage a client portfolio by making contacts via phone, WhatsApp, and email;
  • Reactivate inactive customers and develop active accounts to drive recurring business and increase revenue;
  • Manage the internal sales process from pre-sale through post-sale;
  • Monitor proposals, orders, and negotiations;
  • Record commercial information and work in partnership with the technical and operations teams;
  • Support scheduling client presentations and training sessions.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or graduated in Agricultural Sciences, Agronomy, Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, or related fields;
  • Experience in commercial/sales roles, preferably in inside sales or account management;
  • Strong communication skills, organized, with a consultative profile;
  • Customer-relationship oriented and results-driven;
  • Availability to work on-site (in-person).
