• Assist in prospecting, negotiation, and sales processes, supporting the identification of opportunities and contributing to the closing of new business.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships, ensuring excellent service, monitoring the customer journey, and strengthening loyalty.
• Populate, track, and maintain control spreadsheets, converting operational data into relevant information to support decision-making.
• Support departmental routine planning by organizing priorities and helping to optimize daily workflow.
• Participate in team meetings, monitor goals and KPIs for the area, and contribute analyses and insights for continuous process improvement.
