About the role
- Design, refine and optimize lead generation, capture, nurturing, qualification and conversion funnels
- Connect paid media, social media, SEO, content, copywriting, CRM and web specialists around common goals
- Identify performance bottlenecks and turn hypotheses into practical action plans
- Propose new growth levers, funnel variations and ways to activate demand
- Translate strategy into clear briefs, priorities and execution oversight
- Ensure that content, rich assets (e.g., gated content), pages, flows, campaigns and automations make sense as a system, not as isolated pieces
- Track channel, funnel and outcome metrics to guide continuous improvements
- Support area leadership with technical insight, growth thinking and causal analysis
- Raise the operation's technical repertoire and standards without needing to be the direct executor of every task
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with at least some of the following areas: paid media, CRM, automation, SEO, inbound, landing pages, CRO, analytics, growth
- Ability to design and organize acquisition and conversion funnels
- Strong metrics literacy and data-driven decision making
- Ability to prioritize and organize work cross-functionally across teams
- Strong communication skills to align specialists, leadership and internal or external partners
- Sufficient technical background to challenge the status quo with sound reasoning
