About the role

  • Lead in-depth data analysis of organizational performance metrics, including referral patterns, service line utilization, and competitive positioning
  • Conduct comprehensive market intelligence research and trend forecasting within the local and national healthcare landscape
  • Develop data-backed recommendations and business cases for executive leadership related to new service lines, geographic expansion, and strategic partnerships
  • Support annual and quarterly strategic planning efforts, translating high-level objectives into measurable, data-informed action plans
  • Design and maintain analytical dashboards and reports to track performance and evaluate strategic initiatives
  • Cultivate and maintain high-value relationships with physicians, payors, and community referral partners to foster long-term collaboration
  • Serve as the primary liaison for the provider network, facilitating meetings centered on clinical outcomes, shared insights, and integrated care initiatives
  • Proactively identify key stakeholders and influencers to expand network density and enhance clinical integration
  • Document and analyze all engagement activities within the CRM system to inform outreach strategy and assess network health
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build partnerships and gather market insights

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Data Science, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a business strategy, healthcare analytics, provider relations, or network development role
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including experience with data modeling and visualization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex data clearly to both clinical and executive audiences
  • Proven relationship-building and networking skills within healthcare or similar industries
  • High proficiency with CRM systems and business intelligence tools
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills
