Partner with CSMs and customers to advise on solution design for key manufacturing use cases
Be the expert authority on Regrello APIs and integration options to applications in the customer’s tech stack (ERP, MRP, PLM etc.)
Enable technical resources at customers to become experts at technical aspects of the Regrello solution
Act as customer’s key point of contact to program manage technical deployments of customer-hosted Regrello solutions and AI capabilities
Ensure a gold standard experience at our largest most strategic customers
Work with the wider organization to stay on the leading edge of Regrello’s product and technical offerings
Proactively identify implementation improvements, determine root causes and overcome roadblocks
Manage and route customer feedback and issues

Requirements

8+ years of experience as an Enterprise Solution Architect for a complex business application (ERP, MRP, PLM preferred)
Demonstrated ability to architect integrations aforementioned applications (SAP or Oracle ERP preferred)
Proficiency in modern integration methods, including REST APIs and scripting experience in Python or Javascript
Experience working with prospects and customers to respond to inquiries around Infosec and technical capabilities
Strong technical program management skills to run multiple work streams concurrently in a dynamic startup environment
Ability to translate deep technical expertise to compelling prospect and customer presentations and communication
A customer-centric approach to solving hard problems
A deep curiosity and passion for learning and leveraging AI technologies
