About the role

  • Provides leadership, coaching, and training to support specialists
  • Understands client needs and identifies opportunities to improve and resolve client service issues
  • Coaches associates to identify expansion opportunities within existing relationships
  • Distributes pertinent information to the assistant team, ensuring consistency across the Wealth Management function
  • Assists relationship teams with resolving complex client issues
  • Completes and processes administrative documents for the department
  • Monitors departmental compliance training
  • Monitors risk and compliance on various client transaction activity
  • Facilitates new associate onboarding and training for Wealth Management associates
  • Supports Wealth Management Leaders with other administrative duties

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Five (5) years of experience in a related field
  • Bachelor's degree or Technical School Certification
