About the role
- Oversee all aspects of facilities management for assigned footprint of corporate real estate organization
- Act with minimal supervision to develop procedures and determine methods for achieving objectives
- Take responsibility for quality customer service, strategic planning, and portfolio reporting
- Monitor vendor services
- Maintain budgets
- Manage health/safety environmental issues
- Achieve cost efficiencies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Three (3) years of related experience
- Experience in banking or financial services (preferred)
- Prior experience managing an outsourced facilities management provider (preferred)
- Ability to learn additional systems as needed
- Ability to research, analyze data, and derive facts
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
