About the role
- Manages sales process and coaches SBA Bankers in all sales development efforts
- Plans call and sales goals with SBA Leadership, ensuring they are clearly communicated to bankers
- Provides sales coaching and feedback on pipeline of new and expanded business
- Ensures adherence to internal policies and procedures
- Provides leadership and support to SBA management while building a team-oriented culture of excellence
- Performs general management duties, exercising usual authority concerning staff, performance appraisals, promotions, and terminations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Five (5) years of SBA banking, sales or relationship management experience
- Demonstrated credit acumen
