About the role

  • Gathers, synthesizes, and applies digital insights to form strategies
  • Leads strategy development and delivery of digital marketing to various audiences across multiple digital channels
  • Communicates digital strategies to business partners and stakeholders on a regular basis
  • Ensures alignment of digital media and messaging across all channels
  • Develops success metrics, and tracks performance against goals and budget
  • Leverages Media Mix Modeling and Cross-Channel Attribution tools for reporting and optimization recommendations
  • Manages the digital tools and technologies, data management platform (DMP)
  • Evaluates emerging technologies and provides thought leadership for adoption
  • Develops test-and-learn strategies as appropriate
  • Ensures digital strategies conform to risk and security standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Three (3) years of experience in consumer advertising strategies, preferably in digital and/or high technology
  • One (1) year working with a Data Management Platform (DMP), managing data and building audiences
  • Experience executing out of home, print, radio, and television campaigns
  • Experience in the oversight and management of media campaigns across several channels
  • Advanced understanding of digital marketing including display, email, mobile, native, retargeting, search, social and video
