About the role
- Gathers, synthesizes, and applies digital insights to form strategies
- Leads strategy development and delivery of digital marketing to various audiences across multiple digital channels
- Communicates digital strategies to business partners and stakeholders on a regular basis
- Ensures alignment of digital media and messaging across all channels
- Develops success metrics, and tracks performance against goals and budget
- Leverages Media Mix Modeling and Cross-Channel Attribution tools for reporting and optimization recommendations
- Manages the digital tools and technologies, data management platform (DMP)
- Evaluates emerging technologies and provides thought leadership for adoption
- Develops test-and-learn strategies as appropriate
- Ensures digital strategies conform to risk and security standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- Three (3) years of experience in consumer advertising strategies, preferably in digital and/or high technology
- One (1) year working with a Data Management Platform (DMP), managing data and building audiences
- Experience executing out of home, print, radio, and television campaigns
- Experience in the oversight and management of media campaigns across several channels
- Advanced understanding of digital marketing including display, email, mobile, native, retargeting, search, social and video
