About the role

  • Operates in a direct, client-facing position to identify and pursue new leads, prospects, or clients through various means such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry trade show events
  • Develops and deepens client relationships through business activities
  • Conducts frequent in-person meetings with potential clients to discuss products or services
  • Cultivates relationships with existing clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and cross-sell additional products
  • Maintains understanding of all product offerings and effectively communicates the benefits to customers
  • Negotiates terms and agreements to finalize sales and secure deals
  • Stays updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Maintain an average of $300,000 in monthly production
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
  • One (1) year of commercial, small business, equipment financing or related outside sales experience (preferred)
  • Demonstrated results meeting production sales goals
  • Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms and other applicable sales tools
