About the role
- Partners with Treasury Management Relationship Managers to prepare for and execute on Sales activities
- Preparing account structures
- Building pricing proformas for prospects and existing clients
- Participating in the production of presentation decks
- Completing client research to include proximity suitability to branches
- Researching product information in response to client inquiries
- Ensuring implementation errors are below the required percentage
- Adhering to the stated Service Level Agreement
- Manages new client onboarding experience
- Serves as primary escalation point for client support
- Ensures reporting is complete, timely and accurate
- Collaborates with both Commercial and Treasury Management Relationship Managers
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Three years prior banking, sales or sales support experience
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Bilingual (preferred)
- Understanding of Working Capital (preferred)
- Ability to partner with various internal partners across the organization
- Ability to research, analyze data and derive facts
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and track assignments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
