About the role
- Facilitate SBA transactions on behalf of Relationship Managers
- Educate associates on the benefits of SBA lending
- Work external referral sources for new business
- Develop and manage SBA programs and create strategies to originate SBA loans
- Develop referral sources to solicit SBA loan opportunities
- Present the company's loan capabilities and structure SBA loan proposals
- Maintain thorough understanding of SBA policies and structure, product knowledge, and financial analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Seven (7) years of experience in banking or sales
- Prior involvement in generating SBA loans or related experience
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Collaborative team player
