About the role
- Proactively identify and connect with experience providers that fit our ideal customer profile across France.
- Drive outbound sales campaigns via cold calls, emails, sequences, LinkedIn, and other prospecting methods.
- Run discovery calls to understand business needs and position Regiondo’s value proposition effectively.
- Conduct tailored product demos that highlight how Regiondo can solve real operational challenges.
- Own and manage your sales pipeline in HubSpot—keeping it clean, updated, and focused on results.
- Collaborate with Team Leaders and Sales Ops to plan strategy, review performance, and share best practices.
- Coordinate a smooth post-sale handover with our Customer Success team, ensuring new customers get the best start possible.
- Stay informed about the local tourism market and competitor activity to help us stay ahead.
- Actively participate in team meetings, training, and (when required) represent Regiondo at industry events or trade fairs.
Requirements
- Experience: 3–5 years in sales, business development, or hospitality/tourism roles.
- B2B or SaaS experience is a strong plus.
- Language: Strong written and spoken English is a must + additional languages native level (French and / or Spanish)
- Mindset: Positive, proactive, and eager to learn—you're not afraid to pick up the phone and make things happen.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills—clear, persuasive, and customer-focused.
- Ownership: Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven—you manage your time and goals like a pro.
- Curiosity: You want to understand your prospects’ business deeply and craft tailored solutions.
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), and modern sales tools—or willing to learn fast.
