About the role

  • Central management and ongoing development of internal tools such as HubSpot, Aircall, Jira, Confluence, Dropbox, SharePoint, Easybill, and more.
  • Analyze, automate and document processes – e.g., using Make (Make.com) or native tool integrations.
  • Optimize internal workflows through cross-tool logic, automations and clear ownership.
  • Work with all teams (Sales, Support, Development, Administration, Executive Management) to collect and structure internal requirements.
  • Implement and train on new systems, including access-rights management, system architecture and process manuals.
  • Monitor and continuously improve existing tool landscapes and data flows.
  • Provide a support function for operational questions about tools and processes (e.g., ticketing, CRM usage, data flows).

Requirements

  • Experience in tool management, digitalization, IT-related process optimization or automation.
  • Strong knowledge of common cloud/SaaS systems (e.g., HubSpot, Jira, Make, Dropbox, SharePoint, Easybill).
  • Excellent understanding of processes and data flows – you identify patterns, gaps and opportunities.
  • Analytical thinking, structured working style and high degree of personal responsibility.
  • A true "bridge builder" between technology, people and processes.
  • Very good German language skills; ideally also good English skills.
