• Administration & development of HubSpot: build, maintain and optimize workflows, pipelines, dashboards and reports.

Operations

• Central management and further development of internal tools such as HubSpot, Aircall, Jira, Confluence, Dropbox, SharePoint, Easybill and more
• Analyze, automate and document processes – e.g. using Make.com or native tool integrations
• Optimize internal workflows through cross-tool logic, automations & clear responsibilities
• Collaborate with all teams (Sales, Support, Development, Administration, Management) to collect internal requirements in a structured manner
• Implement & train on new systems, including access rights management, system architecture & process documentation
• Monitor & continuously improve existing tool landscapes and data flows
• Provide a support function for operational tool & process questions (e.g. ticketing, CRM usage, data flows)
