• Analyze, automate, and document processes — e.g., using Make.com or native tool integrations.
• Optimize internal workflows through cross-tool logic, automations, and clear responsibilities.
• Collaborate with all teams (Sales, Support, Development, Administration, Executive Management) to capture internal requirements in a structured manner.
• Roll out and train users on new systems, including access rights management, system architecture, and process manuals.
• Monitor and continuously improve existing tool landscapes and data flows.
• Provide a support function for operational questions about tools and processes (e.g., ticketing, CRM usage, data flows).
