About the role
- You create a positive experience for customers.
- You handle customer inquiries by phone and in writing regarding contracts, tariffs, and invoices.
- You answer questions about electricity and gas connections, assist with using the online portals, and take fault reports.
- You advise on existing contracts and, when necessary, provide additional guidance.
Requirements
- Experience in telephone customer service is an advantage
- Very good to native-level German skills, both written and spoken
- Proficient computer skills
- Basic commercial understanding and a sales-oriented mindset
- Flexibility, team orientation, and self-motivation
