About the role
- You bring a smile to your customers' faces

Requirements
- Experience in telephone-based customer service
- Very good to native-level German language skills, spoken and written
- Confident computer skills
- Basic commercial understanding and a strong sales orientation
- Flexibility, teamwork, and self-motivation
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
- Strong communication skills and conflict management
