About the role
- Analyze existing processes in the BPO and service environment and identify areas for improvement
- Plan, steer and further develop the continuous improvement process (KVP)
- Facilitate workshops on Lean and KVP methods, e.g., Kaizen, process mapping or value stream analyses
- Develop concrete optimization measures and support their implementation together with the business units
- Build and continuously enhance a structured process management framework
- Create and monitor relevant KPIs, reports and analyses for process improvement
- Work closely with various teams and support change and improvement projects
- Promote a sustainable culture of continuous improvement and quality across the organization
Requirements
- Completed commercial or technical vocational training or a degree in a relevant field
- Professional experience in process management, KVP or Lean Management
- Knowledge of Lean and KVP methods such as 5S, SIPOC, Kaizen, value stream mapping or DMAIC
- Ideally experience in the BPO or service environment
- Confident handling of KPIs, process analyses and reporting
- Analytical, structured working style and strong problem-solving skills
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken; English skills are a plus
