About the role

  • Develop, implement and optimize a sustainable Occupational Health Management (BGM)
  • Plan and coordinate health promotion and prevention measures
  • Organize and conduct workshops, seminars and health courses
  • Serve as an active trainer for regular training sessions on company-owned sports facilities
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with health insurers and healthcare providers

Requirements

  • Qualification or degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, Health Management or a comparable qualification
  • Knowledge of or experience in Occupational Health Management (BGM) and in planning and implementing health measures
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills
  • Enthusiasm for motivating employees about health and physical activity
  • Experience in designing, planning and delivering sports and exercise classes
