About the role
- You respond to customer inquiries about contracts, tariffs and billing — by phone and in writing
- You are the voice of customer service and ensure genuine customer satisfaction
- Through your commitment, you help ensure our customers remain satisfied and feel well advised
Requirements
- Motivation and willingness to learn for our basic training during the first weeks
- Quality and empathy are essential in your daily work
- Ability to help customers as effectively as possible on the first call

- Excellent German skills, both written and spoken
