About the role
- Develop IT strategies and roadmaps for customer-centric digitalization projects
- Act as the interface between business and IT, understanding requirements and possibilities
- Plan and implement solutions that balance innovation goals with technical feasibility
- Develop target architectures and derive viable projects and programs for digital transformation
- Translate new business ideas into concrete technological requirements and support their implementation
- Take responsibility in consulting engagements, design project initiatives, and serve as the primary contact for Customer Experience
- Provide subject-matter leadership for subprojects, e.g., for client onboarding and offboarding
Requirements
- Solid professional experience in Customer Experience, Marketing, Sales, Service, or E‑Commerce
- Good sense for topics such as IoT, omnichannel, digital customer experiences, and innovative business models in both B2B and B2C environments
- Analytical thinking, structured working style, and ability to organize independently
- Business acumen and the ability to assess new trends and technologies
- Ideally experience with SAP S/4HANA
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken (C1)
