About the role

  • Provide subject-matter and methodological support to sales agents in mobile sales
  • Conduct sales trainings, coaching sessions and structured feedback meetings
  • Analyze relevant sales KPIs and derive appropriate measures
  • Ensure compliance with processes, sales scripts and quality standards
  • Work closely with team leaders and management to drive sustainable performance improvements

Requirements

  • Professional experience in sales, ideally in a call center or telecommunications environment
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken (C1)
  • Experience in coaching or employee development is an advantage
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Structured, responsible and professional approach to work
