About the role

  • Handling technical customer inquiries for DSL, Mobile, Cable, and Fiber services
  • Responding to technical questions related to devices and providing product/tariff advice
  • Managing network-related complaints in customer interactions (Mobile Postpaid)
  • Handling third-party provider inquiries (Netflix, Sky and others)

Requirements

  • Technical aptitude and an affinity for telecommunications products and services (mobile, DSL)
  • Confident computer skills and experience using systems
  • Service-oriented mindset and approach
  • Strong verbal skills and excellent communication
  • Quick comprehension and strong empathy
  • Excellent written and spoken German (C1 level) and proficiency with common PC applications
