About the role
- Handling technical customer inquiries for DSL, Mobile, Cable, and Fiber services
- Responding to technical questions related to devices and providing product/tariff advice
- Managing network-related complaints in customer interactions (Mobile Postpaid)
- Handling third-party provider inquiries (Netflix, Sky and others)
Requirements
- Technical aptitude and an affinity for telecommunications products and services (mobile, DSL)
- Confident computer skills and experience using systems
- Service-oriented mindset and approach
- Strong verbal skills and excellent communication
- Quick comprehension and strong empathy
- Excellent written and spoken German (C1 level) and proficiency with common PC applications
