About the role

  • Responding to technical customer inquiries related to DSL, mobile, cable and fiber
  • Handling technical customer questions regarding devices, as well as providing product and tariff advice
  • Managing network-related complaints in customer interactions (mobile postpaid)
  • Handling third-party provider inquiries (Netflix, Sky and others)

Requirements

  • Technical aptitude with an affinity for telecommunications products and services (mobile, DSL)
  • Proficient computer and systems skills
  • Service-oriented mindset and approach
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Quick comprehension and strong empathy
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken (C1 level), and proficient with common PC applications
