About the role
- Responding to technical customer inquiries related to DSL, mobile, cable and fiber
- Handling technical customer questions regarding devices, as well as providing product and tariff advice
- Managing network-related complaints in customer interactions (mobile postpaid)
- Handling third-party provider inquiries (Netflix, Sky and others)
Requirements
- Technical aptitude with an affinity for telecommunications products and services (mobile, DSL)
- Proficient computer and systems skills
- Service-oriented mindset and approach
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Quick comprehension and strong empathy
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken (C1 level), and proficient with common PC applications
