About the role

  • Conduct sales training: Train new and existing employees in sales techniques, products, and services
  • Monitor performance: Analyze KPIs and derive individual training plans
  • Provide feedback & coaching: Support and continuously develop employees
  • Ensure quality: Monitor compliance with sales standards and call/conversation guidelines
  • Motivate the team: Foster a positive, performance-oriented culture and support employees

Requirements

  • Proven experience and sales success in telecommunications within a call center
  • Strong interpersonal skills and empathy
  • Affinity for methodology and didactics (instructional methods)
  • Team-oriented
  • Flexible and resilient under pressure
  • Experience in coaching
  • Excellent German skills (C1 level)
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Good numerical/analytical understanding (KPIs)
