About the role
- Bring a smile to our customers' faces
- Provide telephone and written support to our customers on property insurance matters
- Assist with claims settlement and processing
- Maintain customer data and document customer interactions in our systems
- Contribute to keeping our customers satisfied and feeling well advised
Requirements
- Excellent German language skills, spoken and written (C1 level)
- Proficient with common PC applications
- Enjoy advising people and resolving customer issues
- Able to work in a structured way, communicate clearly, and think in a solution-oriented manner
- Some experience in customer service, ideally in the insurance sector
