About the role
- Bring a smile to customers’ faces
- Support our customers by phone and in writing — covering contracts, plans and billing
- Respond to service inquiries about plans, products and services
- Maintain customer data in our systems
- Contribute to customer satisfaction by ensuring clients feel well advised and supported
Requirements
- Excellent command of German, both written and spoken
- Proficient with standard PC applications
- Enjoy advising people and resolving customer issues
- Ability to work in a structured manner, communicate clearly and think with a solution-oriented mindset
- Strong PC skills and ability to quickly learn new tools
- Affinity for telecommunications and sales
- Able to work independently and conscientiously
- Flexible availability for working hours
