About the role
- analyze, plan and prepare the deployment of new technologies
- responsible for the installation of ACD systems (from development and design through assembly and commissioning)
- take responsibility for operating the ACD systems (administration, maintenance and upkeep)
- handle incident reports in 2nd-level support and coordinate 3rd-level support as needed
Requirements
- Degree in information technology (university or technical college) or completed vocational training in information and communication technology
- initial professional experience and knowledge in ACD technology, IT/data processing and network technology, plus programming and scripting languages
- good German and good English skills (at least B2 level)
