About the role

  • Own sales pipeline contribution from marketing
  • Manage and optimize HubSpot instance from contact management, attribution, website optimization, lead scoring, and reporting
  • Create and manage campaigns with measurable goals and honest post-mortems
  • Build out-of-funnel awareness by getting inserted into the right conversations, communities, newsletters, events, and partnerships
  • Collaborate daily with the sales team to understand status of outreach, funnel, and deals

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of B2B marketing experience
  • Track record of contributing to pipeline, not just generating leads
  • Actively curious about how AI is changing the way marketers work
  • Understand the difference between a market that needs to be educated and one that needs to be activated
  • Bonus: experience marketing to data, analytics, or AI infrastructure buyers
