About the role
- Lead a blend of Project Management and Procurement‑focused initiatives across the enterprise.
- Partner with Indirect Category Managers to define project scope, objectives, roles, and responsibilities, ensuring effective coordination and communication with all impacted stakeholders.
- Identify and manage changes to project scope, balancing constraints and communicating impacts to budget and schedule to leadership.
- Recognize emerging issues—technical or otherwise—that may affect project performance and take timely corrective action.
- Demonstrate managerial courage and leadership by escalating program risks or challenges promptly and collaborating with key stakeholders to drive solutions.
- Represent the project team in project meetings and executive report‑outs, addressing questions, identifying action items, and ensuring appropriate follow‑up.
- Administer enterprise Fleet and Car Reimbursement programs.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues raised by travelers, travel arrangers, and vendors.
- Coordinate room blocks, registrations, and logistics for large company events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Supply Chain preferred.
- 7+ years of Procurement and/or Supply Chain Management experience, ideally in manufacturing.
- Ability to support diverse business needs across multiple segments in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable solutions.
- Experience with business and operational segmentation; 80/20 methodology preferred.
- Proven ability to develop strong internal and external relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence to drive measurable results.
- Excellent customer service, communication and presentation skills.
- High initiative and ownership of business outcomes.
- Proficient with Microsoft Project, Office, SharePoint, and SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Travel: Up to 30%.
