About the role
- Develop, refine, and standardize internship and co‑op program structures, tools, and processes to ensure consistency and effectiveness across functions, segments and divisions.
- Build and sustain relationships with targeted universities; coordinate Regal Rexnord’s presence at career fairs and student engagement events.
- Partner with TA and HRBP’s to support requisition planning, ensure high‑quality job postings, and coordinate interview processes, panel alignment, and candidate experience.
- Lead internship and co‑op onboarding, training schedules, cohort experiences, and developmental programming including workshops, networking events, and site tours.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for interns, co‑ops, hiring managers, and mentors; provide tools, guidance, and structured support throughout the program.
- Coordinate mid‑term and end‑of‑term evaluations, administer program feedback surveys, and use data to generate insights and continuous improvement.
- Partner with leaders to assess talent outcomes, support recommendations for return offers or full‑time opportunities, and track student progression.
- Partner with Talent Management post grad program manager to stay aligned on post grad programs and early career rotational program planning and intern placement.
- Maintain accurate documentation, program materials, and systems updates; drive efficiency and consistency across all Early Career program practices.
- Ensure alignment with labor laws, hiring guidelines, and internal HR standards; manage background checks and required onboarding documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Early Career programs, HR program management, or related fields.
- Experience in building and managing early career programs and establishing university partnerships
- Strong communication skills with ability to support leaders, students, and cross‑functional partners.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, seasonal high‑volume cycles, and fast‑paced program operations.
- Experience using HR systems, ATS platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills, with attention to detail and program effectiveness.
- Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization.
