About the role
- Develop and execute tailored search strategies for senior‑level and executive roles leveraging direct sourcing, talent intelligence platforms, market mapping, and deep industry insights.
- Lead the full lifecycle search process, including intake and strategy sessions, sourcing, candidate evaluation, executive slating, interview orchestration, and compensation alignment.
- Build and maintain a robust, diverse talent pipeline by engaging passive talent through targeted outreach and relationship‑building.
- Stay ahead of leadership and labor‑market trends, competitor activity, and evolving global talent dynamics to continuously refine search strategies.
- Serve as a brand ambassador who articulates Regal Rexnord’s vision, culture, performance trajectory, and leadership expectations in ways that resonate with executives across industries and regions.
- Act as a strategic advisor to HR Leaders, business presidents, and functional leaders, by delivering market intelligence, leadership insights, and recruiting recommendations that enable informed decision‑making.
- Facilitate high‑quality communication throughout each search, providing executive‑ready updates, talent slates, competitive intelligence, and data‑driven recommendations.
- Partner closely with the broader Talent Acquisition COE, including sourcing specialists and recruitment operations partners, to ensure a seamless candidate and stakeholder experience.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes, legal standards, confidentiality protocols, and global recruiting best practices.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other TA tools to ensure consistency, visibility, and data integrity.
- Provide metrics that support continuous improvement and elevate the executive recruitment function.
- Contribute to the development of COE tools, playbooks, processes, and thought leadership that strengthen our global talent strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field.
- 5+ years of executive recruiting experience, preferably within a global manufacturing, industrial, or complex multi‑business environment.
- Proven success in hiring senior‑level or executive roles through direct sourcing, Relationship building, market intelligence, and strategic stakeholder partnership.
- Exceptional sourcing, networking and relationship building skills with proven ability to engage and influence passive executive‑level talent.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to quickly understand organizational strategy, functional priorities, and leadership requirements.
- Demonstrated proficiency with ATS platforms and advanced recruiting tools such as Workday Recruit, LinkedIn Recruiter, AI tools, and other market‑mapping or talent‑intelligence technologies.
- Excellent communication, executive presence, negotiation skills, and the ability to lead difficult conversations with confidence and integrity.
- High attention to detail, strong project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple executive searches simultaneously.
- Understanding of employment laws, global recruiting nuances, and best practices across varied geographies.
