About the role
- Lead the development, standardization, and execution of best-in-class material planning and inventory management processes
- Maintain optimal inventory levels, reduce waste and working capital
- Ensure uninterrupted material supply to support production schedules
- Drive standardization, data integrity, and efficiency across the global supply chain network
- Oversee materials planning and inventory management performance across all PES NA manufacturing sites
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field required
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in materials management, production control, or supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment
- Proven success implementing standardized processes and systems across multiple sites
- Strong background in ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
