About the role

  • Two-year, full-time Accounting & Finance Early Career Rotational Program with four six-month rotations
  • Complete rotations in Corporate Accounting & Consolidations, Segment & Business Unit Accounting, Controls & Compliance, Financial Systems & Accounting Policy, External Financial Reporting, FP&A, Internal Audit, Tax, & Treasury
  • Report directly to each rotation leader and gain visibility to senior finance executives including Chief Accounting Officer and Segment CFOs
  • Technical training, soft-skill development, and on-the-job coaching built into every rotation
  • Prepare monthly journal entries and review general ledger accuracy
  • Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and resolve variances
  • Assist with monthly forecasts, variance analysis, and KPI reporting
  • Perform trend analysis for orders, sales, gross profit margin, EBITDA, and working capital
  • Support Sarbanes-Oxley control reviews and internal audits
  • Collaborate with engineers to validate Bills of Materials and cost structures
  • Lead a cross-functional project and present findings to senior leadership
  • Streamline processes using 80/20 and continuous improvement principles
  • Assist with tax return preparation, cash position analysis, and treasury reporting
  • Learn to navigate OneStream, BlackLine, AuditBoard, G-Treasury, and ERP systems
  • Placement into a permanent role upon successful completion of the program

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Graduation date of Winter 2025 or Spring/Summer 2026
  • CPA or intent to pursue CPA preferred
  • GPA of at least 3.0
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working on team projects
  • Curious mindset that proactively seeks understanding and feedback
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Prior work experience in college or high school
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship
  • Limited travel (under 10%)
