About the role
- Take full ownership of a defined portfolio of existing Home & Garden sellers, acting as their main point of contact and strategic partner
- Drive account growth by helping sellers expand into new countries, list new products, and unlock additional subcategories on refurbed
- Analyze seller performance to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities, proactively guiding partners with data-backed insights and clear action plans
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with senior decision-makers, visit sellers on-site and attend relevant industry fairs and events
- Support sellers in optimizing their operational setup and scaling effectively, working closely with internal cross-functional teams
Requirements
- You bring 3+ years of experience in Account Management (ideally in a marketplace, retail, or e-commerce environment) and hold a university degree
- You speak German and English fluently
- You have proven experience managing and growing existing accounts, driving performance improvements through structured, data-driven insights
- You combine a strong analytical mindset with business intuition, you spot trends, anomalies, and growth levers and translate them into clear recommendations
- You bring a genuine understanding of and interest in our Home & Garden category, its products, supply chains, and market trends
