• Take ownership of a defined seller portfolio, with a focus on growing accounts and unlocking new opportunities across countries, categories, and products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers, acting as their trusted partner while always representing Refurbed’s position.
• Serve as a problem-solver and advocate for your accounts, collaborating with internal teams to identify solutions and drive innovation.
• Ensure a smooth operational setup and ongoing performance by guiding sellers through our marketplace processes and working closely with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze performance and identify growth levers, helping sellers to maximize their potential on the platform.

• Support the Legal team on a variety of projects and tasks
• Support internal contract management, compliance initiatives, and legal research projects
• Prepare memoranda or briefs on assigned legal questions
• Assist in drafting internal policies and guidelines

• Provide post-purchase customer support and ensure a pleasant experience for customers (German/Austrian market)

Business Development Rep

• As a Business Development Manager responsible to launch new categories, you will act as a founder, being the face of Refurbed to key internal and external stakeholders, in charge of building long term partnerships with top brands and distributors across different categories and markets. This role will have high visibility in the company, working closely with Refurbed’s leadership team and fast career growth path.
• You will be part of an international and very dynamic team that works very hands-on with flat hierarchies and direct c-level engagement to lead strategic initiatives.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize strategic players in new categories.
• Lead the full sales cycle independently—from initial outreach and building the business case to negotiating contracts and closing deals to later onboard and manage partners.
• Act as problem-solver for prospects’ needs and working with internal stakeholders to formulate solutions for them being the partner’s advocate to drive innovation.
• Guide new partners through marketplace processes to ensure smooth onboarding, working closely with internal teams to support seamless implementation.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and establish new partnerships.
