- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize strategic sellers and brands in the Home & Garden category
- Analyze market trends and demand signals to shape acquisition and growth strategy
- Lead the full sales cycle, from first outreach to contract negotiation
- Collaborate with internal teams to address commercial and technical requirements
- Guide new partners through onboarding processes
- Ensure structured handover to Account Management
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Partnerships
- Fluency in German and English; an additional European language is a strong plus
- Proven track record of closing complex, enterprise-level deals
- Strong communication, influencing, and persuasion skills
- Resilience and ability to learn from setbacks
- Structured, analytical problem-solving skills
