About the role
- Drive execution of transformation initiatives with Workstream Leads and Initiative Owners
- Track financial and operational impact with rigor and transparency
- Partner with Finance to validate business cases and monitor value realization
- Identify and resolve delivery risks and escalate when needed
- Run structured transformation cadence, including TO and ExCo meetings
- Own governance of Wave for assigned workstreams
- Support executive-level reporting and communication
Requirements
- Manager or Sr Analyst/Associate from top consulting firm, with strong performance trajectory
- Experience in transformation, performance improvement, or large-scale value creation, including governance, stage-gates, and impact tracking
- High fluency in McKinsey Wave preferred
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders without formal authority
- Strong program management across multiple workstreams
- Clear and confident communicator comfortable with ExCo-level engagement
- Highly organized and execution-oriented in fast-paced environments
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
