Architect

• Manage architectural projects from concept design through factory production and final site integration.
• Understand client requirements and manage client touch points throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with pre-construction team to ensure accuracy in project scope and estimate.
• Serve as primary point of contact for third party engineers.
• Prepare and/or review project deliverables for modular and jurisdictional permit submissions.
• Ensure projects comply with all applicable state and local building codes.
• Collaborate with the DFMA team to ensure project designs and specifications are aligned with the Reframe Building System.
• Conduct factory and site inspections as needed.
• Provide and/or manage Construction Administration during downstream project phases.
• Coordinate modular Building System and standardized assemblies with project-specific requirements.
• Continuously improve processes. Identify opportunities to improve design standards and production efficiency.
• Coach and mentor younger team members.

Senior Architect

Business Development Rep

• Lead generation: Create the volume of interest and qualified prospects necessary to feed ambitious pipeline goals. Research and identify potential clients through various channels.
• Prospect Conversion: Manage pipeline prospects to customer conversion, directing the process necessary to move from initial intake through Letter of Intent to Contract.
• Pipeline Management: Lead project portfolio and ensure coordination across the Development & Sales team and throughout the company.
• Relationship Management: Develop and grow strong relationships with clients, prospects, and key customer referral partners.
• Business Development Strategy: As a leader of Reframe Systems’ Development & Sales engine, advise Head of Business Development on new markets, pivots, and opportunities necessary to sustain continuous growth. This position will also partner with the Head of Biz Dev to create and execute on a sales plan for new customer types and/or markets.
• Public Relations: Represent Reframe Systems trade shows, networking events, industry association activities and other public engagements critical to maintaining a healthy stream of inbound qualified prospects.
