QA Automation Engineer

• Help architect and build the core of our design automation platform: the pipeline that lowers a building design into manufacturing-ready outputs.
• Turn a messy, ambiguous domain into clean, durable abstractions. Decompose large problems, prove solutions in the real world, and cut scope judiciously.
• Design the pipeline's stages, intermediate representation, and the verification gates that catch problems early.
• Set technical direction for design automation and raise the engineering bar through review, standards, and mentorship.
• Leverage AI to both build this system and utilize it within the system itself.
• Collaborate with highly interdisciplinary teams to build towards a highly automated system while progressively augmenting our existing workflows.

Staff Software Engineer, Design Automation

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Onshape features in FeatureScript that run in production and hold up to daily use.
• Augment Onshape workflows by building out tooling and integrating with systems outside of Onshape via Onshape APIs.
• Expanding the capabilities and uses (skills) of our modeling MCP built on top of Onshape APIs
• Work with the design engineering team to find repeated manual work, prototype a solution, and get it into their daily workflow.
• Build automation that integrates MEP constraints and augments device and fixture placement.
• Build automated code-compliance checking, e.g. outlet placement, egress, tempered windows requirements.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to raise efficiency and throughput across design and manufacturing.

Software Engineer, CAD Automation

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Onshape features in FeatureScript that run in production and hold up to daily use.

• Design, develop, and maintain production tools for the design team that are stable, save real time, and work well with our downstream design automation systems.
• Collaborate with highly interdisciplinary teams to design and implement software automation that drives efficiency and throughput on the architecture and business development teams.
• Build the exchange layer between our internal model and external MEP consultants so they don't bottleneck the process or lock us into their stack.
• Build auto-takeoff from BIM to produce high-confidence estimates during design.
• Build tooling that helps architects iterate through value-engineering options quickly.
• Collaborate with software engineers to build and support reliable, effective tools.

Executive Assistant

• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams on scheduling, access, and logistics
• Track and manage open construction tasks and work items in Jira
• Source, book, and follow up with service vendors (cleaning, inspections, deliveries)
• Monitor site progress and flag blockers or scheduling conflicts proactively
• Assist with permit tracking, punch lists, and closeout documentation
