Reformation is seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented Senior Analyst, FP&A to drive financial insights, support strategic decision-making, and ensure financial discipline across the business.
Support planning, forecasting and performance analysis to enable confident decisions by cross functional partners.
Own and maintain financial models including budgeting, forecasting and other relevant business cases to drive actionable insights for leadership decisions.
Prepare monthly reporting packages with variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior year.
Provide financial support for ad-hoc and recurring events including weekly performance meetings, monthly all-hands, board presentations, and other leadership forums.
Partner with Accounting on actual close process and P&L analysis to ensure accuracy.
Build strong relationships across the organization by providing financial insights, understanding business goals and acting as a trusted partner.
Continuously seek ways to improve overall financial insights and analytics by monitoring variances, identifying trends and surfacing risks and opportunities.
Deliver value-added recommendations that influence business decisions and enhance financial performance.
Requirements
A minimum of 2-4 years relevant experience operating in a highly analytical FP&A role.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; comfort with advanced modeling.
Experience in retail, apparel or consumer goods industry is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Self-starter who can manage projects independently and thrives in a fast paced environment.
Preferred: Experience in investment banking, management consulting, or Big 4 accounting, with a track record of high accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred: Familiarity with financial planning systems and ERP tools (Workday Adaptive, NetSuite).
Preferred: Experience working with large datasets; proficiency with BI tools such as Looker strongly preferred.
