About the role

  • You will work closely with the founding team and support both strategic decision-making and the operational implementation of new initiatives and projects — preparing decision materials, presentations, and strategy papers.
  • You prepare key meetings and partner conversations.
  • You structure and support the implementation of strategic initiatives.
  • You support the execution of core projects and take on ad hoc topics originating from the founding team.
  • You identify relevant events and conferences and assist with their preparation and follow-up.
  • You directly support the development of scalable sales, customer success, and account management processes — creating and optimizing sales materials (pitch decks, briefs, and call guides).
  • You support Key Account Management, e.g., partnerships, Quarterly Business Reviews, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • You work on identifying and developing new business opportunities and support the expansion into new markets for Reesi.
