• Support patients throughout the Reesi process, from the initial conversation through referral to a suitable study center and beyond
• Serve as a dedicated point of contact for patients
• Conduct personal phone conversations with cancer patients seeking suitable clinical trials
• Systematically collect relevant information about patients’ conditions and previous treatments using structured medical conversation guides
• Answer questions about the process and clearly explain the next steps
• Support referrals to suitable study centers and coordinate the necessary steps
• Keep track of follow-ups
• Carefully document conversation details in the system
• Support basic operational and quality assurance tasks related to patient support
• Further develop FAQs, conversation guides, and processes based on real patient experiences
• Depending on experience and interests, take responsibility for individual topics and small projects within Patient Operations
• Do not provide medical advice or make treatment decisions
