About the role

  • Your mission is to firmly integrate Reesi into the clinical routine of our study centers
  • Strengthen collaboration with our partner centers
  • Ensure high data quality on the platform
  • Promote exchange between study sites
  • Support the referral of patients between study centers via Reesi
  • Document completed referrals
  • Collect feedback on current studies from the community
  • Maintain close contact with users
  • Represent Reesi within the study ecosystem

Requirements

  • Experience in clinical trials
  • Experience collaborating with healthcare professionals
  • Enjoy working collaboratively and building relationships with study centers
  • High degree of autonomy and ownership
  • Structured and organized working style
  • Enthusiasm for innovation and new solutions in daily study operations
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal
  • Operational mindset and problem-solving skills (a plus)
  • Comfort with digital tools / digital affinity (a plus)
  • Experience establishing or supporting multi-center studies or study networks (a plus)
  • Experience running workshops, training sessions, or onboarding (a plus)
  • Stakeholder management (a plus)
